🚀New Video: Build Your First Voice AI Agent with n8n & Vapi (Full Beginner’s Guide)
In this full beginner’s guide to building voice AI agents with Vapi and n8n, I walk you step-by-step through everything you need to know, no coding required. We’ll start by breaking down what voice agents actually are, why they’re so valuable, and why you should start learning them now. You’ll see how the anatomy of a voice agent is much simpler than you might think, and then I’ll show you real examples using Vapi and n8n to create powerful, automated voice experiences. When you learn how to combine Vapi with a tool like n8n, the possibilities are truly endless for voice AI automation. If you’ve been wanting to dive into voice agents but felt intimidated, this video will give you the clarity and confidence to start building, and trust me, voice AI is going to absolutely explode in 2026!

Build 28 :- Content Generator agent
🔥 Built something I’m genuinely proud of today — an AI-Powered Marketing Content Generator + Scheduler. It’s wild how far automation can go when you mix AI + systems 👇 Here’s what it does: 1️⃣ You drop a topic or campaign name in Google Sheets 2️⃣ AI writes platform-specific posts (LinkedIn, X, Email, Facebook — all unique) 3️⃣ It crafts a matching email campaign 4️⃣ Schedules + posts them automatically 5️⃣ Logs analytics + saves backups in Drive No copywriting. No scheduling tools. Just pure automation that keeps your brand posting consistently — every day. A few months ago, I didn’t even know where to start. Now I’m building tools that create + post content across multiple platforms automatically. Still messy. Still learning. But it’s getting real. 💥 --- 💬 Let’s make it fun 👇 If you had this setup, what’s the first campaign you’d automate? Would you trust AI to write your posts, or prefer to edit them first? Should I drop the step-by-step build for this one? Or release it as a ready-to-use agent for creators? 👀 There's an issue with my LinkedIn account. If anybody tested it let me know the full and final results of this agent? #AIagents #n8n #Automation #WorkflowAutomation #AIworkflow #MarketingAutomation #CommunityBuild #AItools #TechFounders

Best CRM tool
Hey all, I was speaking to a potential client today about their business, and their desire is to get a more dynamic CRM platform. The goal is to track email subscribers, link subscribers to take specific actions ( I.e. fill in a survey, read a newsletter, etc.) and track click rates and action to get to a specific service or sell. So essentially an engagement funnel. Are there CRM tools created for this kind of monitoring and dynamic engagement, or does this transition into automation waters? Thanks!

@Josue Hernandez Got it. I've heard that HubSpot uses a 'per action' price structure, that's why I was curious about GHL. Is your preference Notion? Do you then plug it into automation tools to do the activity tracking?

@Hammad Khan What are some of the tradeoffs in terms of capability with some of the more affordable options?
🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | Oct 11 – Oct 17
Every week inside AIS+, members are pushing boundaries - building multi-agent assistants, automating complex tasks and turning wild ideas into working systems. These wins prove that progress doesn’t come from waiting for the perfect plan… it comes from showing up and shipping consistently ✌️ Here are a few standouts from this week inside AIS+ 👇 👉 @Mike Aheirwe Signed his first client at $6k 👉 Georg Lauenstein Built a security automation suite that transforms security newsletters into LinkedIn-ready posts using two specialized AI agents - cutting a 40-minute task down to just 30 seconds. 👉 @Sarvesh Gosavi Shipped a 6-agent business assistant (ALINE) handling CRM qualification, meeting prep, and task management - all running without an orchestrator. 👉 @Khaled Almkhlfi Launched his Real Estate ROI Analyzer, instantly generating 10-year projections, IRR, and ROI for any property - a massive step for real estate automation. 👉 @Reynoso Anubis Built his first ever voice agent and hearing it talk back became his favorite “it’s alive” moment. 👉 Luke Michas Introduced Linus, a 60-second design sketch agent built in Slack - making industrial design workflows faster and smarter. 👉 @Amir Davari created a music-to-video automation that syncs prompts, audio, and visuals using Google Sheets, Fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and FFmpeg - an insane creative build. Every one of these wins started small - an idea, a late-night test, a single node in n8n. Keep experimenting, keep sharing and keep building. The next breakthrough could be yours 💪 ✨ Want to see more wins like these every week? Most Simple, but helpful automation?
Hey all, I'm curious what the most simple, but helpful automation you've used is? What was the manual process, and what were your steps for building the automation? Even when I feel like I'm getting a better grip on tools to accelerate my tasks, I haven't fully quite crossed the threshold of automation, so just curious what some low hanging fruit could be for day-to-day tasks.

@James Leo Thanks James. So in this case, is the work flow triggered by a form completion, extracts the details into a spreadsheet (any preferred app?) and then sends you a notification of new activity? or something different?
