💰Matters: How to Win With AI (Alex Hormozi)
Hey Folks! Alex Hormozi is a co-owner of Skool and also the co-owner of Acquisition dot com, a company that generates $200M/yearly... He knows a little bit about how "💰Matters" 😁 In this video, he talks about the growing use of AI Agents in companies, and how opportunities exist for many people (you and I) to learn ALL we can about integrating AI Agents into the workflows of businesses, and our own lives. Invest some time and watch this video, you may have a light-bulb moment. == THE GOLDEN NUGGET OF THE VIDEO (My Opinion) == "Actually, see this tremendous opportunity because humans are slow to adapt in general. So what does that mean? First off, if you're watching this, you're already probably ahead of most people anyways, cuz most people just exist. You put their put their head in the dirt. There's so many people over age 50 that are like, I'm told for this. And guess what? They got all the money. And so, what's really interesting is that all the people got all the money are going to quickly realize that it's going to go somewhere else, which is not to them because they did not adapt. So, that's a big opportunity. There's also huge opportunities obviously in going to regular businesses and automating portions of their work. But when I said humans are slow to adapt, it also means their price sensitivity is also slow to adapt. Meaning, if people are used to paying $2,000 a month for something, that embedded in that price is the typical cost of labor. And so, if you can still charge that $2,000 price for whatever it is, right? And instead of it costing you $500 a month, it cost you $50 a month or $5 a month. The margin number one that you can earn is tremendous. But second and more importantly, the amount of operational leverage you have, meaning the amount of people per dollar of additional revenue you need to to to create goes down dramatically as in one person now can bring millions and millions in revenue in it becomes much easier to scale because one of the biggest costs of scaling is just the coordination between humans.

Same Prompt, different Generators. (ChatGPT, NanoB)
Hey Folks! I tried the following prompt in both ChatGPT and Nano Banana , check out the difference in the images: == Draw the [character] wide-angle shot, profile view, running quickly towards an open portal to another world. the background is a view of an amazon jungle. 35mm analog film soft focus bloom lighting moody cinematic dramatic shadows vintage VHS film high contrast between light and deep shadows retro film style. 16:9 == I like both rendered images, and i'm curious about the interpretation of the prompt in both image generators.

Create Character Sticker Images
Hey Folks! Some of you know this already, but for those who don't know it.. Sticker Images are a great add-on to what you can do with Consistent Characters. Below is an example prompt that creates "print ready" sticker images. == EXAMPLE PROMPT == Using the uploaded image Draw a [pensive] digital planner sticker featuring the name [Blaze]. Design a stylized illustrated character that closely resembles the subject in the uploaded photo, with [matching the uploaded image], [matching the uploaded image], [matching the uploaded image], and [matching the uploaded image]. Dress the character in [matching the uploaded image] and have the subject [matching the uploaded image]. Make [Blaze] the bold central focus in large decorative glossy lettering with shiny highlights and a dimensional sticker look. Surround the design with [sparkles and stars]. Use a [colorful] color palette and a [matching the uploaded image] vibe. Render the image in a modern digital illustration style with clean vector-inspired lines, vibrant colors, smooth shading, crisp edges, thick white die-cut sticker border, glossy vinyl sticker finish, transparent background, and high resolution. Place the illustrated character [next to] the first letter of [Blaze]. ==

Thanks for the prompt.

Hey Folks! I'm practicing video generation in Google Flow. The video you see here was created using the "Ingredients-to-Video" feature in VEO 3.1. How to: 1. Create a character contact sheet that shows your character (front facing, side profiles and behind view, and with headshots). 2. Create a scene image with your character using the contact sheet image as a reference. 3. Upload both those images to Google Flow and choose "Ingredients". 4. Type/Copy-Paste your video prompt. Note: VEO 3.1 changed one of her bags and failed to render the backside of one back during the 360.

Friday the 13th!
Hey Folks! Have some Friday the 13th horror fun with this prompt template. == PROMPT TEMPLATE == Cinematic horror photograph recreating the iconic final scene from Friday the 13th, [using the subject in the uploaded image, as a reference] — the subject is [standing alone in front of a large weathered tree, in front of a black mirror lake at dawn, a facial expression of fear, despair, looking at the camera], the surrounding forest and old summer camp cabins barely visible through pale grey morning mist on the water, the lake surface completely still in every direction, color grade cold desaturated blue-grey dawn, dark water, pale mist — [and leaning from one side of the tree directly behind them, the villain of the movie, in waterlogged clothes and hockey mask, arms outstretched], the subject has not turned around yet, shot on high quality, high detail, 1980s film grain: 9:16 ==
