My morning ritual that I've been working with is a morning meditation with Breathwork built in, the 5 tibetan rites, then a few words of affirmation. I do a mid-morning ritual of dance to keep it going. I actually forgot to do it yesterday and the day before and I really felt it yesterday! Starting back up today.

Hi everyone! I'm so happy to be here with all of you brilliant humans! I'm a part-time HR consultant and a Somatic Breathwork Guide (soon to also be a Dance Alchemy instructor also). This year I'm really leaning into building my Breathwork based business both for women leaders to really step into who they want to be while taking care of their own needs and for organizations to utilize these somatic tools for employee wellbeing and as a part of leadership development. When there is regulation, we can be more focused, energized, lead from a calmer space and make better decisions, etc, etc. I'm excited to continue along and just learned that my archetype is the Sage.

Just did the word of the year party! So amazing, I'm still laughing about Jen ducking to try to show words...ahhahah! Anyway I have gone from ALIGNED to PURPOSE to WHOLE, but now I have landed! RELINQUISH! I want to let go of thinking I can control what people think of me and I want to be my WHOLE beautiful messy self - I want to move forward with intention, purpose, love and let the universe surprise and delight me. That is all! Happy Saturday cuties!

Can I just say I love how you have this platform set up to unlock surprises when you hit certain levels of engagement in the community????
