skill-wod

I’ve been looking for a way to do regular skill practice, but it’s hard to motivate to work on weaknesses for 20 minutes outside of classes. The program Coach Monroe has set up with Skillwod is perfect! The community keeps me showing up, the workouts are tecnhnique-focused with clear written explanations and video demos, and the coaching feedback is phenomenal. I’ve been using it for a month and have already seen improvements in my toes to bar and pull ups!
