Hi ladies! I'm curious to know what has your experience been like on ghk-cu? Please share your experience and dosing protocol. Did the time of day make a difference for you? I read that we should avoid taking it just prior to exercising, and that it is best to take it 30-60 minutes before bed for optimal repair synergy with sleep. I will be adding 20 extra units of bac water to the dosing syringe prior to drawing up the peptide, in hopes to reduce the sting that I hear so much about. I've decided to start this pep tonight 😆 I'd love to hear your experience! 🫶
