- Create and generate electronic forms requesting patient documents from physicians. - Collect and manage patient eligibility documents such as prescriptions, certificates of medical necessity, letters of medical necessity and prior authorizations. - Contact doctor offices as necessary to collect prescriptions, certificates of medical necessity, letters of medical necessity, clinical notes, and lab results. - Contact insurance companies to collect approved prior-authorization requests.

Job Summary: Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting patient information into Sharecare’s internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. This role requires keen attention to detail, efficient data management, and strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards, supporting the Release of Information (ROI) process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy, productivity, and the protection of sensitive patient data. Essential Functions: - Accurately enter and update patient data in internal and client-facing systems  - Access and navigate multiple EMR platforms to retrieve, validate, and process patient health information (PHI) 

COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $60,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan RESPONSIBILITIES - Acts as primary contact for application troubleshooting, as well as questions on standard workflows, policies, and procedures - Assist users via phone and ticketing system ensuring timely and effective support - Provide ongoing feedback and root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies in the software
