Mine is doing hard stuff! What I mean by this is just the fact that my energy feels super low right now due to everything going on! And I’ve proven to myself that I will do the work despite how I feel. And that’s super empowering.

I am needing some new breakfast ideas…I’m burning out on Greek yogurt. Anyone have any suggestions on a on the go type breakfast ideas!?

I am a big fan of starting my day with fiber so I have old fashioned oats by Bobs Red Mill with a sprinkle of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and berries, most days.
JUNE CHALLENGE: THE SUMMER DRIFT IS REAL.
Every year people head into summer already overwhelmed. Schedules change. Vacations happen. The kids are home. Weekends get chaotic. The routine disappears. And most people slowly drift away from themselves because they think if they can’t do everything perfectly, there’s no point in doing anything at all. That’s exactly why we’re doing The Summer Anchor 21 starting June 1st. 🔥 For 21 days, we are focusing on 3 non-negotiable anchors: ⚓ The First 16: 16oz water + A 1st Phorm Foundational Product (Greens/Reds/Micro-Factor/Full Mega/Collagen) before coffee or food.. We start the day intentionally instead of immediately running on stress and caffeine. ⚓ The Protein Buffer: Summer food is gonna happen. Ice cream, BBQs, trips, restaurants, all of it. Instead of spiraling, we anchor the day with protein. Hit your protein goal daily at a bare minimum. Use Phormula-1 Clear to your advantage.. no excuses get it ordered! ⚓ The 15-Minute Reset: No “I missed my hour workout so I did nothing.” We’re done with that mindset. 15 intentional minutes. Walk, lift, mobility, core, bands, bodyweight.. playing with kids.. it counts. This challenge is NOT about being perfect. It’s about staying connected to yourself during a season where most people completely let go. I attached calendars below that you can print off and use to track your progress, but you can also track however you want. I just want you participating. April 6th Monday Momentum
We are now entering day 6 of 10k a day for April! How are you doing with it? Today is a new day! Reflect on how you can be more intentional with how often you are moving your body! Why did I decide on 10k a day for the month of April?! HELLO SUMMER! Summer is coming… whether you’re ready or not. Pool days. BBQs. Taking your kids to the park. Being in pictures you actually feel-good in. If you don’t have a plan… you’ll fall back on excuses. If we start now on getting movement in.. we can continue to make good decisions across the board! We can also start here... PROTEIN + CALORIES = RESULTS. Calories = control the scale.. If you want to lose weight calorie deficit.. If you want to build muscle calorie surplus.. Calories control your weight Protein = controls how you LOOK.. Keeps muscle while losing fat.. Helps build lean muscle.. Keeps you full (so you’re not picking at snacks all day).. Protein controls your body composition. 3-Step Game Plan (keep it simple): Plan your day Track your food ahead of time. Don’t “wing it” Build every meal around protein Be intentional. (3 meals + high-protein snacks = you’ll hit your numbers) Use tools when life gets busy.. Whole foods first… supplements when needed.. Stay consistent for 6–8 weeks and watch what happens. Drop ONE thing you’re locking in starting today to get ready! Maybe it is hitting 10k a day.. or drinking over 100 ounces of water.. or like for me.. 7+ hours of sleep! I function and look the best when sleep is a priority for me!

Day 2 check in!
Here we are locked in! I have been go go go since I woke up! Food is low today. Cardio is high. But we choose to do this. What a privilege. I worked most of the day! So thankful that I get to help you all and grow this mission! It is our duty and obligation if we want to see our society improve. We have to take ownership of our actions! That means taking personal responsibility for our health. That is why the 10k a day matters. We are doing it together. Who else got theirs in?!
