I absolutely love TLC! The workouts are my favorite.  They are challenging, effective and never boring. I actually look forward to them—even when Petra makes me regret owning dumbbells. 😂 I love how much stronger I feel, and there are always modifications when needed. Petra is motivating, encouraging and makes working out at home something I truly enjoy. TLC has become a regular part of my routine, and I can see and feel the difference! 💪🏼❤️
