Your time is getting MURDERED (because of what I call “death by 1000 cuts”) You see, After tracking every minute of my time for MONTHS, I realized that wasting a few hours at a time isn’t the real killer of progress. Instead, What really sucks away time is the small activities. And you know them. Scrolling social media for 10 minutes here. Walking aimlessly for 5 minutes there.
