Today marks 365 solid days of meditation...Last year at this time I was down in Cali...spending each day at the hospital learning how to be present with my kid, who had experienced a stroke. Fear was everywhere. Chaos spread. Confusion and worry lit matches beneath my feet. But determination prevailed. Determination to support him in the best way I could...which was to be present with him. To listen to him above all others. So grateful he's alive today. He's one of the kindest souls in the universe. What's lighting your heart today??
