Gratitude Journal Challenge
At our group call last night, we made a powerful decision..... From 1st March for 30 days, we are committing to hand-written our Gratitude Journal daily. At the end of the 30 days we will discuss the benefits we have each gained form this challenge. *Gratitude Journal is located in the Classroom. - Print the 30 day Gratitude Journal, grab a pen - Make a cuppa sit calmly no rushing - Hand write in your Gratitude Journal Why handwriting? Because when you write by hand, you slow down, You become present. You activate deeper thinking & emotional connection. Handwriting strengthens focus, intention & retention in a way typing simply doesn't. Completing a Gratitude Journal for 30 days: 21 days to create a habit - Rewire your mindset towards abundance & seeing the positive in situations - Reduce stress & overwhelm - Improve emotional resilience - Increase clarity & self-belief - Shift your identity from reacting to leading 30 Days creates momentum.
