Gratitude Journal Challenge
At our group call last night, we made a powerful decision.....
From 1st March for 30 days, we are committing to hand-written our Gratitude Journal daily. At the end of the 30 days we will discuss the benefits we have each gained form this challenge.
*Gratitude Journal is located in the Classroom.
  • Print the 30 day Gratitude Journal, grab a pen
  • Make a cuppa sit calmly no rushing
  • Hand write in your Gratitude Journal
Why handwriting?
Because when you write by hand, you slow down, You become present. You activate deeper thinking & emotional connection. Handwriting strengthens focus, intention & retention in a way typing simply doesn't.
Completing a Gratitude Journal for 30 days: 21 days to create a habit
