How is it everyone doing this evening. I have not been feeling well these last couple of days. Didn’t get to record this weekend. During this time it has given me a topic for my next episode on self-care. Friday I worked 11 hours and have been exhausted mentally and physically. Then the sore throat and coughing started . I am looking forward to recording the next topics.
