28 day Fascia release program
28-Day Fascia Release & Lymphatic Reset. I am so excited to announce our 28-Day Fascia Release and Lymphatic Reset. Over the next 28 days, please follow each video, dialogue, and trauma-informed post to fully experience the effects of this program. First, it helps to understand why this matters. What Is Fascia? Fascia is a thin but incredibly strong web of connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, nerve, blood vessel, and bone in your body. It is one continuous system from head to toe like a supportive inner bodysuit. Healthy fascia is hydrated, elastic, and allows tissues to glide smoothly. However, fascia can become tight, sticky, or restricted due to: Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation Injury or surgery Inflammation or dehydration Poor posture or repetitive movement Sedentary lifestyle Emotional trauma and grief Many trauma populations struggle with fascial restriction because the body has spent long periods in protective tension. You may not even realize this is happening, because when discomfort becomes chronic, it starts to feel “normal.” Many people live with daily pain, stiffness, or heaviness without recognizing that restricted fascia may be a contributing factor. How Restricted Fascia Can Affect You When fascia tightens, it can pull on surrounding structures and create symptoms such as: Chronic muscle tension or stiffness Joint pain or limited mobility Headaches or jaw tension Neck, back, or hip pain A heavy or compressed feeling in the body Poor posture Tingling or nerve-like sensations Fatigue Restricted breathing Sensitivity to touch Grief, long-term stress, and unprocessed emotions can intensify these patterns by keeping the body in a guarded state. Fascia & the Lymphatic System Your lymphatic system is your body’s drainage and detox network, supporting immune function and fluid balance. Unlike the heart, it does not have its own pump it depends on movement, breathing, hydration, and tissue flexibility. Healthy fascia helps lymph fluid move freely.
