I’m in redo but not sure how to proceed after worksheets . Do I go back to free blueprint I haven’t located the weekly prompts everyone else seems to be doing

@Raven Payne I’m so moved by your message. Wish I could give you a hug and let you cry if you need to. I feel your pain from here and I know that pit of despair. There is light , let us help you look up. People who don’t live with this level of dysfunction can’t understand and that’s why this community is so helpful. I’m 65 and staying stuck, giving up and not trying is the only real failure . You have what it takes to climb out of this. If losing someone hurts this deep it’s because you love “Big”. Thats a wonderful heart. Needing to be loved and needed ,will motivate you again to find happiness eventually, Move one shovel full of dirt at a time. Small progress each day. Let this program prepare you to be in a better place when that time comes and learn how to motivate yourself while you heal. You got this! Borrow my belief in you while yours is on vacation. I’m praying for you Raven. Fly girl .. fly!!

I am a believer, Christ follower and as I was reading this morning this passage really spoke to me and the situation we find ourselves in collectively. @Cathy A Castagna I’m in the beta test for redo and it’s digging deeper . I know things are changing for the better but this process of looking in The mirror causes so much remorse and regret. I’ve always relied on faith to look at the future and my hope in this program is growing. I’m just trying to break free of the constant reminder of past failures that put the brakes on forward progress. It’s really difficult to see myself differently. My prayers are for the success of all of us in this system to have breakthroughs and let those fuel our efforts to move forward.

What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features.
