Success with payments
We had people register but not pay for the course. Yesterday, Matt and Josh suggested Scarcity Urgency and BONUS. We did this yesterday - with the help of my VA - and this morning woke up to a PAYMENT in the bank from a new person. We (me at Growing Choices - my collaborator at Master Dyslexia) also: - texted those who had registered but not paid - with this offer and the payment link. - changed our explainer video to a shorter one that had had more then 6K views on FB Thank you Matt and Josh!

That is so great Claire -thanks for sharing -it makes it easier to know what to do when you see how others do it :) (my area's completely unrelated of course).
Sharing possibilities with AI videos
Hi everyone. I am looking forward to our next session to get our 'voice' in Chat GPT. My awesome VA has been attending the AI conference and I suggested she pick a few things we might try out to make our lives easier. Currently, it takes ages for me to record and then edit and mess around figuring out things and then my screen freezes or the cat jumps up on the keyboard. She had a go at two AI generated 'Claires'. OK... I sound as if I am 12 years old in one of them and definitely have changed nationality to American. But if I could get a voice that worked then I can set up info Chat GPT generated, and let people know it is AI generated... etc. Have a listen to the first two ever attempts at AI video generated from my website photo. The hands even move!

Hi Claire - pretty good first go! You're right about the high cute voice - not very authorative - would love to hear how this continues to develop….
Lead Magnet - Gift Giving Guide
Let me know what you think of this lead magnet - I've made amendments as per Hermozi with the corresponding landing page.

Hi Kristen - first LOVE your artwork. Second I think the Hormozi style title "how to xx even if xx " was a bit off - it makes muchmore sense in the new lead magnet in word form - but I'm not super sure I understand - you are offering prints of beautiful original artwork and cool items printed in that art work ? Yes?? and you have grouped it by themes so its easy to find the right fit for hard to shop for people? Very cool - I wonder if you really call out the customer at the beginning, identifies the pain point and then offers a solution - like - "Need to buy a beautiful gift for the hard to buy for person/person who has everything?" Heres a gift guide of unique treasures that captures the spirit of NZ…. Also a wee typo fullstop/comma on the last page and think you can add more sweetness to the lovely end quote- The best gifts don’t shout, they whisper your love and admiration and your thoughtfulness stays remembered. - or something like that…. which talks to the benefit to the gift shopper. Also I would love to know what type of things you can get some pricing info and if there is any kind of guarantee that I'd be happy after receiving it… but generally amazing! Did you use Canva? How do you get them printed and how did you get the cool images on the printed items?
Lead Magnet - Please tell me what you think
I've created this lead magnet for endurance athletes/marathon runners - https://www.canva.com/design/DAG1t4_g3MI/KBIBlrvlARXNeogvcb6H6Q/view?utm_content=DAG1t4_g3MI&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=uniquelinks&utlId=he8946ec5da. Its pretty indepth - but all relevant info for athletes. Tell me what you think …is it too much? Option 2 is to thin it down -and use the info in a injury care guide.

Hi Matt - this is the pdf version. My thoughts were to put all this info into one doc -so its all in one place and to make sure it looks consistent etc, and then get your advice on how to break it up into appropriate chunks/ peices. Basic theory is marathon runners are either 1) ticking off a marathon to push themselves and test their mental/physical strength and 2) repeat marathoners and endurance athletes like ultra runners who are "A type" driven info seekers who are fully committed to their sport and are looking for a performance edge. The 1st group want to finish with the least pain & injury downtime possible and probably dont know what physical damage they have to watch out for, while the 2nd want bragging rights - ie to beat their past achievement/mates and prove themselves - and may push through all the warning signs to get there. Because I'm repositioning the current thinnking of using ICE/RICE and NSAID drugs which is the current go to (but debunked by research and experts )s - so because of the demanding audience I feel it has to be complete. HOWEVER -that could be the perfectionistic fear monkey talking…. how do i provide this info but with real credibility? I have asked a first time marathon runner and a few endurance runners to have a read and give me feedback. I guess it comes to this: Whats the best way to create real credible content? Do I link to research /FDA warning sites? Do I link documents into a landing page. Do I create blog posts and then link? I'm also working on a first aid guide for common running / sport injuries which almost all refer to using ice or RICE as initial first aid option - -ie ankle sprain, achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis…. . appreciate your ideas -thanks :) Kim

Hi all Sorry to have to bail early in this morning’s meeting – but it's great to be back in the fold! As briefly discussed, I wasn’t convinced the original reel I created was quite hitting the mark, so I’ve uploaded it here and would love a bit of feedback – brutal honesty is welcome! I’ve included the caption, which I’m thinking is maybe a tad too long? Again, any thoughts are greatly appreciated😊 Caption: Not all transportable homes are created equal. This was our first experience building a home, and we have been absolutely delighted with the Elevate team. You hear so many negative experiences of people building homes, and we didn't have one. Not a single one.” - Leanne S

Hi @Kristin Turner - I couldnt actually hear the audio (think its a screen problem /Mac conflict at my end) but I thought the video looked great -very classy -as does the beautiful homes. The white capttions were clear (but the voice over captions seemed to conflict a bit - and get stuck - so you had both the white animated captions and the grey voice over captions at the same time with different messages. Also -wondered if its possible to do a click through link at the end so people can just click to the free information guide. Perhaps a CTA button?? I need to add this to my video too so interested… Maybe @Matt Earle or @Josh Hall could let us know how to do that??
