Meet some goals
I am so excited to report that I am down to 148 pounds but most excited because clothes that I could not get into even last week I am now able to wear. And I have been able to stop taking and symptom relief pills for my MS because I am taking 10000 IU of Vitamin D3, including with it 200 mcg of K2,it has been life altering I take the 10000 IU,s for 5 days and on the weekend I am taking 5000 iu’s of vitamin D then start over again.
