How can I sell automations with Claude Code?
So, from what I understood CC is an internal agent. If I want to sell a proper automation I must sell it through n8n, right?

not really, with Claude Code you can sell the outcome. like scraping 1000 leads and sending personalised emails every day, you run that locally from your laptop and sell the result. another way is to sell the code itself, traditional style, deliver it through GitHub or something similar. Claude Code can also do a lot more like building websites, so you can sell those too. and if you're into n8n, it speeds up workflow building significantly so you can deliver automation projects faster.
I built an automated follow-up system for real estate agencies. Here's exactly how it works.
48% of real estate agents never follow up with a lead. Not even once. Meanwhile, 60% of buyers say no four times before they say yes. That means most agencies are losing deals — not because their agents aren't skilled, but because the follow-up system is broken. Or worse... doesn't exist. Here's what I see happening over and over: A lead fills out a form on your website at 9 PM. Your agent sees it the next morning at 8:30 AM. By then, that buyer already talked to two other agencies. Your agent calls — no answer. They mean to follow up Thursday. Three new leads come in, Thursday gets buried. That lead? Gone forever. It's not a people problem. It's a systems problem. So I built something to fix it. I designed an automated follow-up engine specifically for real estate agencies. Here's what it does: A new lead comes in and the system sends a personalized email within minutes. Not a generic template — an email that sounds like it came from the assigned agent, with their name, their tone, their signature. Then the system runs a 6-email nurture sequence over 21 days: - Day 0: Warm welcome + calendar link - Day 2: Value-driven follow-up - Day 5: Market insight + soft nudge - Day 9: Social proof touchpoint - Day 14: Gentle check-in - Day 21: Final outreach Every email is personalized to the lead's name, their interests, and the agent's real calendar link and phone number. But here's where it gets interesting. When a lead replies, the system doesn't just sit there. An AI reads every incoming reply and classifies it instantly into one of six categories: INTERESTED — AI drafts a warm response and restarts the nurture sequence from the top. BOOKING — The system sends the agent's real Calendly link to the lead and fires an instant alert to the team on Slack so they can follow up personally. QUESTION — AI answers the lead's question naturally and keeps the conversation going until they're ready. NOT INTERESTED — Pauses everything, marks the lead as cold. No more emails. Respect their decision.

@David Kobierski Good question. The system doesn't replace sales coaching, it just makes sure agents only spend time on leads that are actually worth calling. The qualification happens before the human picks up the phone. So whoever is coaching the team can focus on closing skills instead of chasing cold leads.

€3,848 without lifting a finger thanks to n8n
€3,848 without lifting a finger thanks to n8n — what I call “productive laziness.” I made this revenue with my €49.95 ebook. And the best part? I literally did nothing. Not a joke. Here’s the setup running on repeat while I sleep: Content: n8n generates my full videos using a HeyGen avatar connected to a realistic ElevenLabs voice. Posting: Everything gets auto-posted on Instagram with Blotato — I don’t even open the app. Sales: This is where it gets powerful. I have a chatbot that chats with new followers and people who comment on the posts. It builds a real connection, answers questions, and eventually drops the link to my systeme. io page. People genuinely think there’s a human behind it… 😅 This is real automated business. We’re way past simple “sales funnels” — here, AI handles everything: content, outreach, and setting. Anyone here already using n8n for more than basic automations? I’m curious how far you’re pushing it. Feel free to come ask if you have questions — I’m open.

That’s a huge win congrats 🔥
I walked away from a $5k AI deal last week. On purpose.
A prospect from Australia reached out after seeing my AI sales system work. They wanted “sales automation.” They were ready to pay. But I don’t build first. I audit first. And that’s where things changed. They didn’t have a lead gen problem. Outbound was running. Referrals were coming in. The real issues were: low close rate late follow-ups (24–48h) weak lead quality due to a vague ICP Classic case of a misdiagnosed bottleneck. Wrong assumptions. Wrong decision flow. Wrong system request. Instead of sending an invoice, I walked them through: where revenue was leaking which systems would not help right now which decisions needed to be redefined No tools. No build. Just clarity. They thanked me for not acting like another vendor. If I had built what they asked for: I’d get paid they’d feel “progress” for two weeks the real problem would stay untouched Best case: wasted money. Worst case: failed project, refund, bad review. Most AI failures come from two things: fixing the wrong problem fixing a problem that doesn’t exist That’s why when founders say: “We need an AI lead gen system.” I now ask: “What’s your current lead volume?” “What’s your revenue doing?” Then map the full process. Because if leads exist and revenue doesn’t move, lead gen is never the answer. It’s usually: a conversion issue a fulfillment issue an ICP issue Sometimes something else entirely. After failing more than I’d like to admit, one thing became clear: The real money in AI consulting isn’t building flashy tools. It’s finding the $100k problem hiding in plain sight and fixing it with a boring, obvious solution. That’s what a proper AI audit is for. walked away from a deal for the same reason?

🍕 Restaurant Stock Management System - Looking for Feedback!
Hey! I've built an automated stock management workflow for a restaurant and would love your feedback and ideas for improvement. What It Does 📦 Stock Addition (4x Daily) - Scheduled trigger at 7:00, 10:30, 15:30, 20:30 - Staff selects product type (Burger/Pizza) via form - Adds quantities directly to Google Sheets stock - Sends Telegram confirmation to stock manager 📧 Automated Reports (3x Daily) - Runs at 10:00, 15:00, 20:00 - Calculates ingredients needed for 100 burgers + 100 pizzas - Compares requirements with current stock - Identifies shortages for each ingredient - Sends formatted HTML email with all details - Auto-labels emails as IMPORTANT in Gmail Current Features ✅ Real-time stock updates via forms ✅ Fuzzy matching for ingredient names (handles typos) ✅ Dual product support (Burgers & Pizzas) ✅ Recipe-based calculations from Google Sheets ✅ Automated shortage detection ✅ Professional email reports with timestamps Tech Stack - Trigger: Schedule + Form - Storage: Google Sheets (Big Stock, Recipes, Small Stock) - Notifications: Telegram + Gmail - Processing: JavaScript for calculations & fuzzy matching Questions - Has anyone built something similar? - Are there better ways to structure the Google Sheets data? - Any n8n nodes I'm missing that could simplify this? Drop your thoughts, suggestions, or questions below! All feedback welcome 🙏
