🩺 Clinical Scenario
A 34-week pregnant woman is undergoing an open cholecystectomy under epidural anaesthesia for necrotising cholecystitis. During the operation, she becomes hypotensive (78/45 mmHg) and bradycardic (HR 42 bpm).You are the surgical trainee asked to assist in managing the situation.

@Ali Babiker yes. As it is necrotising cholecystitis, if left untreated will progress to sepsis.
