Hey T Girl! You got this! Spring water and herbal teas are so very helpful. I try to be mindful in asking myself are you hungry out of habit or bored. I now I take walks, deep diaphragmatic breathing, meditation, dance, artwork, or journaling to re-center myself. You will be amazed if you choose to eat a raw piece of fruit. Also if this is okay with Julian 😉 I soak a tablespoon of organic chia seeds in 8-10poz of water or my 8 pm fruit juice. It is very helpful with any night-time hunger pangs 💚💚💚💚
