Sending card for grading
Hey guys! I recently sent some card to PSA and did a pre-evaluation of centering and edges. If it was not a potential 10, I did not send it. Although, I did not pay much attention to surface. My cards are NM pulled and instantly put into a sleeved + top loader. Should I prep/clean the surface before sending them? If so, how to do it properly? Thank you 👊🏼

@Alan Tun Thanks for your help 👊🏼 Then what I meant is minty pack fresh, without any whitening.
The Market has Shifted Forever
I’ve added a lot of free resources in the CLASSROOM, so make sure to regularly check back to get new videos and insights on the market -> Investor's Mindset -> Top Reels -> Market Picks The Pokémon market is still at all-time highs. 📈 Prices are crazy, demand is everywhere, and the hobby keeps getting bigger. 🔥 People keep saying overprinted… crash coming… bubble…And honestly? A correction will probably come. ⚠️ But crashes don’t kill markets — they create opportunity. 💰 The hobby is more mainstream than ever, which means the people who know when to buy, what to buy, and how to buy will have a massive edge. 🎯 Most collectors guess. Some collectors follow hype. A few collectors use strategy. 🧠 The ones with a plan, distro access, and the discipline to stack the right products — or build a real business — are the ones who can position themselves for long-term, even generational wealth in this hobby. 🏆 If you want to take collecting & investing seriously, start a business, or learn how to stack the right products the right way -> Apply to cardboard empire Annual spots limited to 5 people. Cardboard Empire 2.0 - I need your help
Back in August, I launched the first cohort of Cardboard Empire with 5 people — a small-group program focused on helping collectors take their collecting or Pokémon business to the next level 🚀 Some started vending for the first time. Some sourced Japanese & Chinese products far below retail to level up their collections. Most are still here — active in comments and supporting this community 👇 Since then, a lot has changed. The card market has continued rising as predicted. My biggest position — 151 — has performed phenomenally 📈 I launched my own card show, and with support from Collectr, it’s become one of the biggest card show events in the Maryland/Virginia area 🎟️ I even built 2 apps. One Prize Raffle app I used at my show, and one Pokemon Analytics app that I'm gearing up to release v1 soon. I’ve learned a ton. I share a lot publicly — but I want to go deeper and pass on EVERYTHING I’ve learned from this current market cycle. So I’m preparing to launch Cardboard Empire 2.0. Before I finalize it, I want your input. If you were joining a more advanced, structured paid group — what would you want to learn most? • Finding cards at Distributor Prices 💰 • Sealed vs singles allocation 📦 • Starting an Online Pokémon business 🏗️ • Vending at shows 🎪 • Making Content 📺 • Starting your first show 🏟️ And format-wise — what helps you most? • Tactical short videos? • Deep dive breakdowns? • Written playbooks? • Live market reviews? Anything you’d want covered (doesn't have to be on the list) — let me know. And if a more advanced, structured group is something you’d actually be interested in — let me know that too. I want to build 2.0 the right way. Information will always stay free here. But deeper execution, systems, and real strategy — that’s what 2.0 is about. Drop your thoughts, questions, or interest below 👇🔥

To me finding cards at good price is a problem. Also, I feel like all points you suggested are very valuable! This might be a problem because I havent niche onto something, whether it's sealed, singles, should I sell everywhere I can... Interested 🔥

@Bryant Jen Not the most time efficient, but I prefer in person and dream about having a store!
A OR B CHALLENGE DAY 1: PRISMATIC VS 151
Would you rather buy.... ONE 151 ETB -VS- THREE Prismatic ETBS Assuming Market value is EXACTLY THE SAME so... $420 for one 151 ETB $140 for one Prismatic ETB, $420 total for three. Which one would you choose, and why? No Wrong answers!! Your reasoning can be, I JUST FEEL LIKE IT. Every day you participate you get one more raffle for our mystery card drawing. Have fun and talk to each other!

I’d go with 151 for the nostalgia. Personally prefer 151. Investment, prismatic for price of top chase.
