Can anyone give me some tips because I get anxiety and nervous before my games and during games. I’m nervous because I think that I’m gonna do bad and make bad plays. Also, another thing how I get nervous is people saying bad things to me and getting yelled by the coach. What can I do to help boost my confidence?
