31 days in...the hard is real, then it isn't, then it is again!
What I've recognized through this last 31 days of 75 Hard, is there are times when it feels "hard" to get up, show up, and complete the tasks. The mind working against me, dragging me down, anchoring in the heaviness... And, there are times where I'm shot out of a cannon! Killing the workouts, the water, getting my reading done early, and having time in the evening to do whatever TF I want!! And it's "easy..." It's both, and... The physical is what many think about when they first learn about this challenge. But it's the mental and emotional experience that creates the most powerful breakthroughs, and breakdowns. Whatever day you're on, give yourself some grace. And I'm saying this to myself as much as anyone that reads this far. One step at a time can really take us places! Still here, day 31...👊💙 Sending you all some high vibe frequency ✨️🙌

Too funny, I just checked in here today... I had a craving for some pancakes, and found a recipe for oatmeal, banana, egg pancakes, which I also added egg whites and protein powder! Then, I log in and see this video! Talk about synchronicity... 2 eggs 100g of liquid egg whites 2/3 cup oatmeal 2 bananas 1 scoop protein powder Voila! Made two servings of 3 pancakes, and awesome for tracking macros!

This great information brother! Thanks for the tips! I've recognized lately, that even drinking this much water, I'm still getting cramps in my fingers, hands, and my calves... Been adding salt to it the last couple of days, seeing if that will help. But these tips will definitely come in handy! So, no drinking from the hose, got it! 😜

The Way... setting the intention of navigating this path, this journey, having thoughts that because I've done 75 hard before, I'd "know" how to do it. Yet, so much shows up everyday that is new, challenging, confronting, and incredible... If you've never watched The Way, it's awesome! It's inspired me to adding Walking the Camino de Santiago to my dream intention list. High priority!

Both workouts done by 9am! Morning hike, followed by gym workout on the way home! My plan is to complete the workouts first thing (as time allows), by starting early enough, before clients, meetings, etc... Reading in the evenings before bed has been tough, and I've been staying up later than I like, so I'm going to try and take some space during the day/afternoon to get reading done. Prepped food for the first 2-3 days of the week yesterday, and ready to go! Feels good to be ready now, but definitely recognize the feeling of resistance prior to "doing" the prep work... Happy Monday/Day 6!!
