Tuesday Tips: One Chapter Beats One Perfect Day Here’s today’s reminder for anyone thinking about writing a book but feeling stuck: You don’t need a perfect schedule. You need a simple system. Most business professionals delay their book because they’re waiting for: - More time - More clarity - More confidence The truth? One focused chapter written imperfectly beats months of planning perfectly. Today’s tip:Don’t ask “When will I write my book?”Ask “What single question can I answer today that moves my book forward?” Momentum is built in small, repeatable steps — not big bursts of motivation. If writing a book is still “on your list,” today is a great day to move it one step closer.

I’ve seen more books finished through simple consistency than through talent or motivation. Once you stop trying to write a perfect book and focus on writing a useful one, everything changes. If you’re serious about turning your experience into authority this year, start small — and stay consistent. That’s how real progress is made.
Why Do Most Business Books Fail to Attract Clients?
Most business books fail to attract clients. Why do you think that is? Let’s open this up. In your opinion, what’s the biggest reason business books don’t lead to real opportunities like clients, speaking gigs, or partnerships? Is it: - ❌ Too much theory? - ❌ No clear message? - ❌ No obvious next step? - ❌ Written for “everyone” instead of one ideal reader? - ❌ Something else? Bonus question:If you have written a book already — what do you wish you’d done differently? There’s no right or wrong answer here. This is about learning from each other and getting clearer on what actually works. I’ll jump into the comments and share what I see most often with the hundreds of authors we’ve helped. Let’s get the conversation going 👇 — Kevin

Monday Wins – Big or Small, They All Count. It’s easy to overlook progress when you’re focused on where you want to be rather than how far you’ve come. So let’s flip the lens today. What’s one win from last week?It doesn’t have to be dramatic or revenue-based. It could be: - A decision you’ve been avoiding (but finally made) - Showing up when motivation was low - Getting clarity where there was confusion - Taking the first step instead of waiting for perfect Momentum is built by recognising progress — not dismissing it. Drop your win below and let the group acknowledge it 👇You’ve earned it.

Love these wins — and this is exactly why this space matters. Progress isn’t always loud or public, but it’s always meaningful when you recognise it.What you acknowledge, you reinforce. Keep sharing, keep showing up, and keep backing yourself.Small wins compound faster than people realise. Last week I developed the outline for another book on why business professionals should write and pubish their own book. Watch this space.
Sunday Reflection & Prep
Sunday is the perfect day to pause, reflect, and reset for the week ahead. Share with the group today: 1️⃣ What was your biggest win this past week? 2️⃣ What’s one thing you’d like to improve next week? 3️⃣ What’s the very first task you’ll tackle on Monday morning? 👉 Reflection creates momentum — let’s set ourselves up for success this week!

Today’s Thought: Progress Loves Consistency. It’s easy to get excited at the start. It’s harder — and far more powerful — to keep showing up. Big outcomes don’t come from big bursts of effort. They come from small, intentional actions done consistently. Whether you’re: - Writing your book - Building authority - Growing your business - Or redefining your next chapter Ask yourself today:What’s one small step I can take — and actually take — before the day ends? Momentum is built quietly… then noticed loudly.

Most people underestimate what steady, focused action can do over time. Books, authority, confidence, business growth — none of it comes from rushing. It comes from commitment and consistency. If you’re in this group, you’ve already taken a step others haven’t. Now keep going — one intentional action at a time. You’ve got this. 💪

Saturday isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about creating space. Space to think.Space to reflect.Space to notice what’s been working — and what’s quietly draining you. A powerful (and often uncomfortable) question for today: What am I continuing out of habit, not intention? Growth doesn’t always come from adding more.Sometimes it comes from: - Letting go - Slowing down - Giving yourself permission to pause without guilt You don’t need to have everything figured out this weekend. You just need enough clarity to move forward with intention next week. Take today a little lighter.Your best ideas often arrive when you stop forcing them. Enjoy the pause. 🌿

Some of the biggest breakthroughs come when we stop pushing and give ourselves thinking space.Rest isn’t time wasted — it’s often where clarity is found. Hope everyone is enjoying a calmer Saturday 🙏
