Intro + Telling on Myself
Hey everyone, I'm here to snitch on myself. For the last few months, I've been the Lurker; the one who never interacts but gate keeps the shared knowledge. Figured I'd introduce myself, come out of the shadows, and hopefully make some connections, friends, and collaborators. 👤 Who I am: Kevin, based in US 🛠️ What I actually do: solo-entrepreneur business coaching and AI systems consulting. 🤖 What I'm building with AI right now: Building my batcave; Personal and Business OS, business development agents, and a master content engine (including podcast production) 🎯 What I'm looking for connection-wise: Network connections and AI friends (collaborator / accountability partners) Just here to learn from people in this field, bounce ideas off of each other, and stay closer with people on similar paths. 📬 Best way to reach me: DM here

@Jason Elam yep! I have a whole decision log for everything. Baked into my OS is custom MEMORY.md files, deterministic skills, and a "sprint planner" tool that creates two-week workflow sprints and a visual HTML for me to follow along with each working day. When ideas pop up, I email myself and have my agent retrieve and review the emails, and determine if it's worth adding to the current workflow or if it should be added to the backlog.md file for future sessions. Also, built in an instruction for copy-paste session prompts (so I don't need to constantly think about it next day) + MCP profiles (different profiles for different reasons; avoids clogging RAM), and a suggested model for each session, determined directly by Anthropic. Working on generalizing this into a GitHub so it can be transferrable for any harness. I don't want to be stuck in one tool.

@Salon Shrestha I believe it is the future of work and life balance, personally. So why not start now and adapt as time goes on. If I can have AI automate the tedious stuff while we can focus on our important work, why not. But it's critical to understand the difference from AI support vs AI takeover.
What’s everyone using to deploy AI agents that don’t need a frontend?
Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to building AI agents and workflows. I’ve made a few projects already and hosted them on a website, but my latest workflows don’t really work through a web UI. They need to run in the background or trigger automatically. What are you guys using to deploy backend-only AI agents? Looking for some good stack recommendations or tools to check out. Thanks!

Been wondering the same thing honestly. I have a bunch of agent ideas for various reasons, but I'm hung up on how to actually distribute without the buyer needing a subscription or to be so hands on with the workflow. Is it best to create a website for each one or is there a better way to house them. I watched the startup ideas podcast with Greg Isenberg and saw a couple guests but they seemed to have created their own platform, I'm not there.

@Jason Elam this is the realest reality that gets brushed over too much..two years in and I'm still refining my ICP. When I first got into business, I was surrounded by people with a previous specialty or niche, I wasn't that person. But I swiftly learned that just producing content and cool builds mean absolutely nothing without a market and ICP.
🚀New Video: Fable 5 Just Built Me a Business With One Prompt
I gave Claude Fable a single goal prompt: build me a complete company from scratch, starting with nothing but the open internet. A few hours later I had a real product, a landing page, two launch videos, a founder video, a business plan, and market research, all built by hundreds of subagents that Fable planned, delegated, and reviewed. In this video I walk through everything it produced and break down the exact prompt that made it happen.
