Bulletproof has entirely changed how I view and execute my training. I realized that I've been blowing in the wind my whole life - I'd train my butt off just to hit plateaus and then drop off and lose consistency. I've learned new perspectives, adopted new philosophies, and it has been revolutionary for my training progress. Plus, it's not just about cycling. BCC applies to life in general! And it's great to have such a supportive community of mates on  a similar journey! Highly recommend. A+++
