What about Burnout
I was wondering... When people struggle with burnout... They kept moving towards their valued actions beyond the point of exhaustion? Or what am I missing in this picture?

@Star Taylor this makes sense! Thank you 🙏
What’s your favorite Book?
If you could recommend 1 Book to someone what would it be and why. Outside of my Emotional Fitness Book I would recommend the Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer. Especially listening to it as an audio book (Michael Singer reads it so well and I feel like he is surrendered reading it which has an effect on the audience). It helped me to understand the power of surrender and how to stop controlling life. Life has a magnificent intelligence and will support us when we let go. What is the book that helped you the most? (Or your favorite) Please add a picture of the book so we can see it. Star

From feeling stuck to feeling like a badass in 21 minutes
In this video you see Blanca change from feeling stuck to feeling like a badass with the Focus Wheel exercise from Abraham Hicks. This is footage from my Los Angeles workshop.🌴☀️🌊 I will do more workshops and I would love to see you guys there. Please let me know what you guys resonate with Also you can see me doing this exercise in the past two group coaching calls. You also see me working with @Hosnia Qazi , helping her to get from feeling doubtful in her decisions to feeling confident in her decisions. you can see that video here in the classroom https://www.skool.com/star-jesse-taylor-3703/classroom/1f201246?md=54e75432ff0f4a2b9e0768b5a0c45675 Love Star

🏃 PHYSICAL FITNESS – valued actions
POST YOUR PHYSICAL FITNESS VALUED ACTION HERE! 🏃‍♀️💪⚡️ Hey everyone, as already mentioned, this is the dedicated thread for Physical Fitness. The idea is to have one separate thread for each life area, so we can do a bit of a deeper dive and explore each one more closely. Here we can share and discuss things like: - our personal valued actions around movement and fitness - sports or activities we already do or would like to try - when and how often we exercise - tips and tricks, especially for beginners - helpful links, videos, apps, training plans or events - motivation, challenges and things that help us stay consistent - progress, experiences and small wins - photos from runs, walks, workouts, classes or other activities I’ll also add the beginner links that Star shared. Feel free to use this thread for questions, ideas, inspiration and support. 😊

Everyday when I get up I do 10 minutes of movement (usually some yoga, strength work, whatever wakes me up), followed by 12 minutes of silent meditation in front of my red light with some Breathwork. After that I go into my cold plunge. That’s my routine for when I have to get to work early. It’s the bare minimum quick fix. If I can go to work later I make it a proper longer work out and meditation. Then during the day I do a daily minimum of 20 minutes working out and 20 minutes of silent meditation. It’s usually longer but 20 minutes is the absolute minimum on a bad or busy day. I aim to get my 10.000 steps in daily as well. I do a lot of my commutes by bike so sometimes I don’t get my steps in but I did spend a few hours on my bike, for me that counts too. My workouts alternate between: running, mobility work, yoga, strength training. I don’t go to the gym but I have a complete setup in my yogastudio. I give yogaclasses and personal training so I’m always learning and exploring to find awesome routines. I also have a few buddies with a gym and in stead of going for a beer, we meet up and work out together at their place. I love going to the sauna I have no real options nearby. With one of my sons I play the iphone game called “Hide Game”. We split up and one of us is the hunter, the other one is the prey. You can adjust the interval but the hunter gets a ping on the prey’s location every x seconds or minutes. (we do every 2 minutes usually). We play for about an hour trying to catch each other and we run several miles that way, while having fun.

@Francesca Rose Yeah, it's a great way to get some miles in my running shoes without "really" going for a run ;-)
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
🔥 I want to see your Value Garden. Post it in the comments and I'll go through it with you, one by one, and tell you exactly what's working and what's quietly holding you back. Fair warning, I'll be honest with you, because that's how you actually grow. But first, in case it hasn't fully landed yet, let me tell you why this is the exercise I want you to do before anything else. ⚙️ Whatever brought you here, the OCD, the intrusive thoughts, the anxiety that has kept you inside your own four walls, the panic, the rumination that loops after everything, the overthinking, the procrastination, the fear of what everyone thinks of you, the perfectionism, it all runs on the same engine. Your brain gives you more of whatever you engage with. Every time you try to fix the feeling or get rid of the thought, you show your brain it matters, and it hands you more. ✅ So you do not get better by fighting your symptoms. You get better by showing your brain a new signal. And you do that by living your life, based on your Value Garden. 🧱 That is why this is not a side exercise or a nice bit of life planning. It is the foundation. Your Value Garden is the map of where your energy goes instead of into your head. It is the thing every other tool in here points back to. If your garden is vague or thin, your whole recovery is standing on sand. If it is clear and alive, you always know which direction to walk, no matter what your brain throws at you that day. ⚠️ Now, do not walk away thinking the Value Garden is all you need. It is not. There are many more tools and insights coming that you need to actually get better, and I will give them to you. But this is where it starts, and it becomes your map along the way. You will keep coming back to it, and everything else I teach you will make more sense once it is built. That is why I want to see it. So let's build yours until it is solid. 📸 How to post it: 1. Take a photo of your Value Garden (the paper with your seven areas and your actions) and post it as a comment below.
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.

@Star Taylor Thank you! I will use your tips. Looking forward to your view on journaling. I do a wins/gratitude at the end of every day. I put way too little in my “fitness” department but I do believe I’m good in that part of my life. I do a lot and consistently for my entire life. I really need to do more marketing. With mailings I mean sending out e mails to our mailinglist. I keep getting stuck at the inspiration part of making content. I’ve had a few good runs and then I start running out of things to say. It’s like inspiration just dries up. When I get consistent with posting I get some traction on IG but TikTok is just dead. Sub 10 views there. I have two sons, my eldest is 21 and currently in Thailand living his best life for almost a year now. My youngest is still here with me and is 18 years old. We have a great bond together. I love our time together.
