Your hands are by your waist most of the round, but you do it well and have a good hands down style with plenty of stance switches mixed in. Shea recommend keeping the hands up and I agree it's good for most fighters, but if you're naturally a hands down type of fighter I think you shouldn't try to fight your nature. Just keep in mind that when your hands are down, blocking becomes harder to use, so you need other forms of defense like distance management, head movement, and angles, most of which you are already doing well. Just make them all sharper and cleaner. 1 question though: When you were leaving the jab out for a moment after throwing it, were you purposefully using a "sticky" jab to block his vision or just forgetting to bring the hand back quickly?

Firstly, I wanna say this is very good for your first boxing sparring. Your stance and overall movements looked tailored to boxing. In both rounds almost every single one of the good combos you landed started with jabs. You would throw several jabs to make him back up and then follow up with right hands to the head or body. Use more of this setup against him because it clearly seems to work. When he's using the Philly shell to roll the right hand to the head try to step in deeper to catch the top of his head over the shoulder. Here's Shane Mosley doing it to counter Mayweather's Philly shell (Timestamp included): https://youtu.be/Yj3GM2L6nag?si=qoKCvT3UO-QuwtxL&t=318

@Shea Hammond Thank you brother
Guys, how do I beat him?
I'm wearing a black uniform and helmet. He is one of the strongest young men in our gym, he has been practicing MMA for many years. In this sparring, I was only defending myself, because he works as a counterpuncher and he responds to every attack I make with a series. I want to interrupt him with my hands, when I use my legs it's much easier for me because I can control the distance better and interrupt his lunges with front kicks. In the end, I tried to counterattack too, but he easily defended himself from everything. the wrestling option disappears immediately, because his grappling and takedown protection are much better.

Mix up your offense more. You threw mostly tentative straight shots at his head, which is playing right into his head movement. Throw kicks & knees, punch to the body, feint a headshot, then flow into a bodyshot or low kick. This will make it a LOT harder for him to pull off head movement the way he's doing in these clips. Best of luck🤞👊

Your combos are looking good! Especially considering the fact you were very tired here. In particular I like the fact you doubled up on left hooks, throwing one to the head then quickly reloading to fire one to the body. You used it several times and ended with rear kicks. Textbook Dutch kickboxing🇳🇱 Like Shea said, make sure you retract your strikes just as quickly as you throw them, because a couple times you left them hanging for a little too long. Other than that keep working on making your striking more economical & efficient. No wasted movements
