frozen shoulder, dupuytren's contracture
Just wondering with the the US 2000 Pro device would that be useful for frozen shoulder? I have dupuytren's contracture on my left hand which will be operated on in a couple of weeks time, but the frozen shoulder is making sleep difficult and these 2 issues seem to go together and it seems like inflammation plays a big part. Would I be better off using ultrasound directly on the shoulder, or Vagus nerve or both? I am using redlight therapy but there seems to be no respite from the pain.

I'm sorry I must have misunderstood what this community page is about, I thought if we put up a subject then maybe someone from the community may have had a similar issue or experience that they could share with me. I only joined yesterday. I have been to many therapists who are happy to take your money week after week for little or no results and I'm sure many people have as that's why your website and other alternative websites are popular. Maybe at the top of the page you need to state that questions about personal issues/injuries will be deleted. sorry for my misunderstanding, I did hope to learn from this website.
new device
I saw on Sterlings X post that there was going to be a new ultrasound machine that does 40HZ, when will that be coming out as I was going to buy a device, but I might aswell wait until this one comes out, as long as it does all the frequencies that the US 2000 pro does.

Thanks a lot Sterling, It sounds great, Having quite a few family members with Alzheimer's or dementia, its always in my mind that one day I may suffer from it, I know that 40HZ red light works for these issues. I'm in Australialand, so I'll have to purchase from a US site.

@Sterling Cooley this would be for the 2nd generation US 2000 Pro?
Improve Your Memory By 25 Percent In Just Five Days with Ultrasound (New Study Protocol)
If you need yet *another* reason to buy a 1MHz Ultrasound device - maybe this one will move you to action. Ultrasound on the Vagus Nerve especially - and in other regions where Neurons encode Memories - which is categorically also happening in your *Vagus Nerve* - is one of the best neuro-interventions you can make that doesn't involve drugs or brain implants. This is even one of those things you can even if you already have a half-decent memory ! 5-Days was all it took to see a 25% improvement. Precision neuromodulation has reached a critical milestone. Recent research into Theta-burst Transcranial Ultrasound Stimulation (TB-TUS) reveals a profound capacity to recalibrate the human semantic network. Targeting the left inferior temporal gyrus with a 1 MHz carrier frequency at 6 Hz theta rhythms, the protocol mimics endogenous oscillations to facilitate long-term potentiation. The biochemical results are stark: a 12% increase in glutamate and an 8% reduction in GABA. This neurochemical shift, paired with a 0.8% increase in gray matter volume, indicates genuine structural plasticity. Participants demonstrated an 18% improvement in semantic retrieval accuracy, compounding to 25% over a five-day protocol. This represents a literal tuning of neural architecture. It provides a high-precision, non-invasive roadmap for reversing cognitive attrition in aging and neurodegenerative disorders. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-026-69579-7
