I’m having a problem deleting my address On experian I got them deleted from the other ones but this one is tied to multiple closed accounts after sending mail that I still haven’t recieved back nor the return label and talking to a real representative that is the answer is left with that the address is tied to accounts contact the creditors , please any advice???

@Michael Drake @Dave Cousins Can I speak to your attorney about if there is a statute of limitations on suing a company for illegal repossession? In 2015, my vehicle was illegally repossessed. They called the police and had them forcibly remove me from my vehicle. As a result of their illegal repossession, we ended up homeless with our 7-month-old. I didn't know I had any rights to pursue illegal repossessions until I saw the video of your attorney talking about it. I have the entire ordeal recorded and documented on both audio and video. I'd love to see if I have any rights or find out if the statute of limitations has passed.

How do you clean personal information

Transunion has by far been the most difficult CRA to remove stuff from my report. I removed all old names and addresses, I've pointed out errors, quoted laws, used cfpb, they won't take off anything. Just keeps coming back Verified and Updated 😡 Anyone had any luck with them? And if so, what tactics worked for you?
