I heard you loud and clear... 🙏
I've noticed so many of you are struggling with getting TRAFFIC to your Skool About page... So I want to create something to fix that. 👀 Here's what I'm thinking: - A 5-day sprint designed to get MORE EYEBALLS on your About page (and, in turn, MORE members INSIDE your community... yay!) This won't be fancy or complicated. Literally ANYONE will be able to do this... whether you're NEW to Skool or you've had a community for a while. It'll be 5 days of simple doable actions that ACTUALLY get visitors to your About apge. Is this something you would want? Drop a "YES" below if you'd like this!

About page fun
Hi everyone, I'm still evolving my Skool community being it's only be open just over a month. And one of the things I'm really focussed on is making my community fun for my members, and a joyful place for me. Spirituality, is often heavy going emotionally and my sense is that the topic needs a fresh approach. Cue the fun. So I have a question. I'd appreciate your ideas that could help bring this fun vibe into my about page. What can I do with my about page to so people feel that, beyond coming straight out and saying it. p.s I'm still yet to do a video for my about page as I've been waiting for my community structure to settle in before I did that. I'm getting there.

@Elise Hodge Thankyou. These are great points to make and line up with Matthew's review too. The Brand voice on the about page is key I think. I will certainly be implementing all of this. Will keep you posted on how it goes

@Elise Hodge P.S that's my first pinned post too. Thankyou.
What's something FUN you do in your community?
How do you make the experience FUN, engaging, and a place people actually WANT to hang out? It could be... - a fun hangout call - posts where members connect - gamification of some kind (I know a few of you have this!!) Comment and tell us! P.S. This post from @Kerrie Wearing about how she's focusing on making her community fun for her members sparked this question!

@Victoria Gallagher WOW Victoria that is awesome. Thankyou for sharing this. If you don't mind I'll be adopting this over in my community. It certainly sounds like a fun and great connector for your community.
How was your weekend?
What did you get up to? We celebrated our darling third boy’s first birthday! It was really sweet. And I’m all emotional. 🥹💙🫶🏻

Went to a friends house warming yesterday amid a hail storm. And then another friend group catch up where one of our girls is on the road to recovery after major health issues so it was good to see her. Lots of driving with those visits so early night tonight. Happy Birthday to your little one 🎉
Did you know you can toggle VIP on and off?
I was sharing about this in our VIP call today, and it was new information to some members! 👀 Which is HUGE… because it gives you wayyyyyy more control over how (and when) you sell VIP. Here are some ways you could use this: - Turn VIP on during a promo period→ Run a focused push (e.g. after a workshop, challenge, or launch)→ Then switch it off so you’re not constantly selling it - Use VIP as a limited-time upgrade→ “VIP is open this week only” hits very differently than “VIP is always available”→ Creates urgency without needing to be pushy - Turn VIP OFF when you hit capacity. If a space opens up, reopen it and let your community know. - Open VIP once a week for 24 hours ⏳→ Let new members know: “VIP opens every [day] for a limited time” This builds a natural rhythm + recurring urgency without extra effort - Use it as a reward or invite-only experience→ Open VIP just for your MOST engaged premium → Or after someone hits a milestone inside your community - Test positioning + pricing without pressure→ Turn it on, test messaging, see what converts→ Turn it off, refine, and re-open stronger IMO, this completely changes how you approach monetisation. You don’t need to have everything “always available.” This allows you to create real urgency and manage your new VIP client flow! I'm actually thinking about turning my VIP OFF soon and taking an enrolment-based approach. I'm going to give it some more thought!
