The only way to actually quit scrolling (for the addicts)
I've spoken to hundreds of guys who are either struggling with their online consumption or previously had. and I've come to the conclusion that there are two different kinds of scrollers… there is "the Casual Scroller" this person scrolls from time to time and when they realise they've been scrolling for way to long they just turn of their phone. "the Casual Scroller" is often someone older and they've never really been trying to reduce their screen time because they don't really see it as a real problem. then there is the second kind of scroller "the Doom Scroller" I am this kind of scroller, I'm a Doom Scroller, what this means is when you realise you've been scrolling for way too long, you don't stop, or in other words YOU CAN'T STOP. "the Doom Scroller" cannot properly control their addiction, they cannot just 'exit' the scroll, it sucks them in and they lose control. "Okay Jonas I get you but what do I now do with this information??" once you've identified who you are you can plan ur next steps, if ur "the Casual Scroller" just delete the apps and tell urself to not scroll, simple and easy ;) but since you've read so far down this post that probably isn't you :/ I get you bro… you need to take more drastic measures, you need to give urself no choice but to quit, you need to slowly step away from each addiction. first you eliminate short form content, then you eliminate the TV-shows, then the movies etc… this is a slow and tedious process and I should probably also add that it's pretty difficult :/ but it works and it has helped tens of guys that I've told this to. and it helped me quit everything 5 months ago, it's a method I came up with myself and I call it the onion method. and trust me bro the journey is worth it keep going, and if u got some questions about this stuff then feel free to leave them below I'll be happy to help u out with anything ur struggling with :D

This whole funnel russel has put us through has been amazing!!! how could we Apply this to real estate any ideas?
How are you blending your personal story into your product or service?
For years, I thought I had to separate my struggle from my strategy. That people only wanted to see the finished product—not the process. But the truth is, what I went through became the reason I started creating in the first place. That’s why I wrote When Sense Starts Making—a collection of poetry and reflection born from seasons of confusion, healing, and eventually, clarity. I didn’t write it because I had everything figured out. I wrote it while I was figuring it out. So now, my product is my process. My story is the service. And I’m learning that authenticity is more powerful than perfection. I’m curious— How are you weaving your own story into the things you offer others?

My story is pretty depressing !!! Lol because the ending still is pretty bad not sure how that will help sell a product if my story isn't about being successful yet
I used to think just posting often was enough...
I really thought being consistent with posting was the main thing I had to focus on. And don’t get me wrong, consistency does matter… but one day it hit me: What happens after someone sees the post? They get curious… but then what? Where do they go? How do they learn more? How do they buy? That’s when I realized where people land after they discover you matters just as much as the post itself. For me, that’s when setting up a simple website started making sense. It didn’t need to be fancy, just a place people could browse, get details, or even share it with someone else.It honestly made things feel way more real… and gave people a reason to take me more seriously, even when most of my sales were still from socials. Still learning every day, but that shift in thinking made a difference 💡
