good morning, I am a little late here but looking forward to the next class! I've been practicing for 3 years and ready to get back into a more consistent flow. My favorite poses are pigeon and happy baby. My goals are to become more flexible and strengthen my arms. Would love to get into urdhva dandasana down the line (: a little fact about me: I am always down to talk housewives
