Hey everyone, 1. Where are you from? I’m based in Sacramento, California, and also do a lot of business in New Jersey and nationwide. 2. Are you a Lender, Broker, Realtor, or…? I’m a Certified Mortgage Advisor and Branch Manager with PRMG Mortgage. 3. How long have you been in the business? I started in mortgage lending back in 1997, so I’ve definitely seen a few market cycles along the way. 😂 4. What type of clients do you focus on? I work with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, investors, self-employed borrowers, and clients who need more creative financing solutions. I also spend a lot of time building strong referral relationships with real estate agents. 5. What’s the #1 thing you hope to get from this community? I’m really interested in learning how to better use AI, automation, CRM systems, and marketing to create more opportunities, strengthen referral relationships, improve follow-up, and ultimately create a better experience for our clients and partners. I’ve been using Chris Johnstone and Connection Incorporated’s Loan OfficerCRM.ai system, so I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing ideas, and seeing how others are actually putting AI into practice in their businesses.
