A2P Wizard works
I made a comment on someone's post about A2P and the A2P Wizard. I was going to test it again because they said they updated it, and the guy that made the software basically said, "If you can't get approved through mail, I'll send you a hundred bucks." He told that to somebody, so he's pretty much backing his software. They put like 4,000 A2P approvals through in the last 60 days, he said. So, I decided to try it with a client. It was the easiest process I've ever done, and in three days, it was approved. It just got approved, so I urge anyone that's having a problem with A2P to go through A2P Wizard. There are a couple of things I'm going to create a video explaining exactly what you need to do. There are a couple of things you need to be sure of: if you've already been rejected, you need to go into support and have them delete your brand and your campaign, so you can do a brand new one with A2P Wizard. Otherwise, it's not going to work. I will follow up later with a video, but I just wanted to give you all an update. This was a big relief, and I'm hoping that I can use it in the future. I just tried it on another client; this has been a major headache, so hopefully it works for everybody else.

Thanks, Craig! I just posted this in Charles' thread. One general side note to consider. For anyone using a snapshot to build their website, there will likely be multiple pages with forms and/ or other general information that may need to be considered based on any current a2p requirements. So it's probably a good idea to really review the Snapshot pages to confirm what's there after going through general a2p training. As some of us know, it can be silly little things that create a need for multiple approval submissions especially as any updates and changes occur moving forward.
Want The A2P Course?
Real talk for a second. There are already a lot of issues popping up with A2P right now. Denials. Confusion. Mixed info. Old advice that no longer works. So before I even thought about releasing an A2P course, I did something most people don’t. For the last two weeks, I went all in. I read every single A2P article I went through every relevant post and updateI watched all the latest videos directly from GHL I studied the new 2026 changes and requirements And I tested where people are actually getting stuck or denied I fell on my face so you don’t have to. The goal was simple If I’m going to teach A2P, it has to be right, current, and usable not recycled info not surface-level explanations Because of that, what I’m finishing up is easily one of the most complete A2P resources I’ve ever seen, including: • A custom A2P Helper GPT to guide and review submissions • A quick-link doc with every important A2P resource in one place • A 2026 A2P Playbook you can use yourself or hand to your team • 9 step-by-step videos walking through A2P from start to finish • All the latest updates that are actually causing issues right now • Plus I’ll pick TWO members to personally help submit their A2P live This will live inside the course area as a true start-to-finish A2P system. Before I release it, I want to gauge interest. 👉 If this would help you 👉 If A2P has been frustrating or confusing 👉 Or if you want a clean, reliable way to handle A2P for yourself or clients Drop Your Favorite GIF in the comments. Once this post hits 250 comments, I’ll drop the course. Let’s see if this is something the community actually wants 👇

A2P Approval
I was finally given A2P campaign approval after a 3rd rejection. I've copied my 2 previous posts below as the suggestions apply. GHL support admitted the third party (Twilio and one other group) can update/change requirements. On the third rejection GHL support told me not to change anything and just submit again so there was an active request for approval while she escalated via an internal ticket submission. So my request for A2P approval was "in progress" with no changes from the last rejection and still "in progress" when GHL support pointed out that while my contact form was correct where it appeared generally, my calendar page was not consistent. I was on that like white on rice because my A2P approval request was still in progress and sure to be rejected again unless I updated the Calendar page before a 3rd party reviewed anything. I made the change and received campaign approval. On a side note, while I was told by one person you need to have a calendar page another person told me that's not the case but rather if you do have a calendar page on your website it needs to conform with A2P requirements.. Because my calendar page is not easy to find I called it out as part of the submission "fill in" process which if I didn't do they may not have looked at it. In any event, another good to know item for consideration. Previous posts below for reference... ============================================= 2nd A2P Post Snake eyes. A2P submission two resulted in Rejection two. For the kids watching at home, not all is lost. The support person I spoke with said if you’re rejected again there are no more recommendations we can make so you can tell the next person to escalate the issue and our team will speak directly with the third-party approval group. Both rejections took about 2-3 days in my case. I copied my original post below as well for anyone following along. After discussing with GHL support today, 2/16/26, we simplified the two opt-in checkbox sections:
Be Brutally Honest...
I am thinking of creating a Classroom specifically for all the Looms I record. Like those Looms I record when I respond to peoples questions on how to do specific things. Because I think they are pretty valuable but most of the time they get lost by the other post. So why not put all of them in one area right? Well before I do anything you know I gotta figure out what the CEO Lab Fam thinks. So if you think this is a good idea... DROP YOUR FAVORITE GIF!!! 200 comments and I will make this come to life. (ONLY ONE GIF PER PERSON ONCE) p.s. it will have a better name and thumbnail lol...

After discussing with GHL support today, 2/16/26, we simplified the two opt-in checkbox sections: Checkbox 1 Language: I Consent to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts from [company name] Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP to [phone number] for assistance. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Checkbox 2 Language: By checking this box I agree to receive occasional marketing messages from [company name]. The information below are responses to requested application fill ins. But use this information for reference since I have yet to be approved. Four Form Requirements l Lead name: For example, Hi John! l Your name: should be the same name you used as part of your Brand submission. For example, using a variation of your name for authorized representative like Ken instead of the name used for Brand submission (e.g. Kenneth) may create an issue. I know, ridiculous! l Business name. l Opt out language. Use Case Description The [company] campaign is used to send text messages to customers who opt-in through a form/book and appointment on our website, [website url]. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, customer service follow ups, and occasional business related updates. Message frequency varies based on customer interaction. Users provide their phone number and explicitly agree to receive text messages by checking an optional consent box on the form. Messages are only sent to users who have opted in. Recipients can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. Sample Message #1 Hi John! This is [Name] from [Company Name]. You recently submitted a form on our website and opted in to receive text updates. This message is to confirm your upcoming appointment scheduled here [appointment page] for Monday at 1PM CST. Reply STOP to opt out.

@Craig Cameron For sure, different people have different experience levels with approvals/rejections. The GHL support person’s first reaction was to swap out the checkbox language. She commented that a word used could potentially be a rejection trigger. ============= For the first checkbox the original language was: By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages, SMS, and email communications from [Company Name] related to my account, orders, inquiries, service, or appointment updates that I have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out. She swapped out the above language for a more simplified version: I Consent to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts from [Company Name] Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP to [Phone Number] for assistance. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. ============= For the second checkbox the original language was: By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages from [Company Name] including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out. Again, she swapped out the above language for a more simplified version: By checking this box I agree to receive occasional marketing messages from [Company Name] ============= I was good on the basics. For example, watch Charles’ videos, phone not required, link to privacy from terms, navigation links opening within proper domain etc. On this go around the rejection message mentioned the opt-in form.
