Brandon is a great coach and always available to provide tips or ideas to help ensure you can approach the program safely and effectively. I had a pretty severe low back flare up prior to beginning my work with him and he helped me improve my understanding of how to brace appropriately to protect the areas that are troublesome for me. And I’ve seen big improvements in my pain! I look forward to continuing my journey of getting stronger while protecting myself from injury and flare ups
