I was lucky enough to be part of the pilot group and am so pleased I was! James and Bjorn have a wealth of knowledge about diet, exercise and mindset but also most importantly for me a realistic attitude towards working on your own health whilst still living your life and all the challenges that come with it. I would definitely recommend for anyone no matter what their fitness goals - fat loss, maintenance, improved physical health etc. A truly supportive community is being built here.
