I finally figured out what was holding me back getting started. I knew I needed to brush up on my communication skills especially for being a coach. At first I thought it was not being certified, but as I go through the modules I realised I know majority of these things and Ive implemented them in my life. It made me keep questioning myself what is it that still feels a bit lacking, then it came to me as I watched Ed’s amazing coaching sessions! I tend to ‘tell’ rather than ask questions and ‘coach’. Anyone knows how best to go about refining it other than just keep practicing? Feeling blessed and so grateful for this opportunity and being part of this community.
