In many integration practices, you'll do one integration technique per day. It could be meditation, a somatic exercise like breathing and stretching, dancing, shaking, etc. Once you've completed your task, post here that you did. We don't expect you to do it every time you complete an exercise, but when you feel called, post that you did it to spur others on to complete theirs.

@Stü McInnis that sounds like an amazing experience. I’d love to know more.

@Stü McInnis interesting. I don’t really know how I feel about yoga. The mantras and positions may represent spiritual objects or -alities I’m unwilling to compromise my faith in Christ for. However, learning about it is how we get through those discussions, right?

A short meditation of today’s events and deep breathing were a beautiful way to start my morning!
Favorite Psychedelic?
Which is your favourite, and why? Mine, right now, is LSD. So beautiful, energetic and fun. I'm not doing heroic doses (which I do believe Terrence McKenna said was 400mcg+) but 200mcg will still blast you off and that is a lot of fun. Music is THE BEST in this situation. I'd love to hear your thoughts here in the group https://www.skool.com/stillpoint-integration

I love sitting with Ayahausca.a few months ago I sat with Wachuma while in Peru. It was an incredible experience and tied together the missing pieces of my Aya integration. It seemed to be more of an extension from my last journey, connecting dots and bringing ideas into reality.

@Stü McInnis I agree. No doses. It’s safer that way and if needed, people can take those conversations offline
