Bio: I played rugby for over 25 years I needed something else to challenge me. I rediscovered cycling I always thought it was easy, how wrong was I.

Bio: I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic. I just love all kinds of cycling!!!
