"community lab", focusing on "home lab" blindspots?
Home labs teach you a lot of things, but miss some other things. What if there were "community labs", focusing on "home lab" blindspots? Would you participate? Like navigating legacy systems, coordinating across dysfunctional teams, managing hundreds of interdependent resources, debugging production incidents under pressure, making architectural trade-offs with incomplete information, technical debt, and human factors.

the best would be a corporate cluster, 100.000 of euros, with all the bells and whistles. complete nonsense to learn, you can start with something small and cheap like a raspberry pi or a cheap old computer

What was THE moment you decided on DevOps? ♾️
We all got exposure to DevOps at some point. Some as software engineers, some as sysadmins, and some from completely non-technical backgrounds. I share the story of how I went from nurse to DevOps in the DevOps Blueprint in the Classroom, Image #2 has something to do with it. Do you know what it is? But I want to hear your story. At what point did you decide that DevOps is the thing you want to pursue?

I always wanted to know how things work, how a little thing made the machine behave in a completely different way, how all these structures grow into bigger ideas, to design, develop and administrate them, in order to help people live better.
