🚀 Most Members Are Still Level 1. Let’s Change That.
This community is still available - for now. We’re adding new resources soon and there's a Q&A sessions tomorrow. But access will stay only for members who show up and contribute. Right now, 75% of members are still “Level 1 – Scallywag.” That tells me most of you are watching, not building. A thriving community isn’t built on silent spectators. It’s built by people who share wins, ask questions, and help others grow. If you’ve learned even one thing here, imagine what happens when you go all in. We built this to help you win, but it starts with participation. So here’s the deal: ✅ Be active, help others, and keep full access. ❌ Stay inactive, and you'll not have access We're building building something great with you, not just only for you. Thank you to everyone already contributing — you’re the reason this works. 🎥 PS: I’ll be live tomorrow at 6 PM to answer your questions and help you move forward. Tomorrow @ 6pm - 7pm Amsterdam time (CEST, UTC+2) equals: - London: 5–6 PM - New York (ET): 12–1 PM - Chicago (CT): 11 AM–12 PM - Denver (MT): 10–11 AM - Los Angeles (PT): 9–10 AM 🔥 Drop a comment below if you’re joining the live Q&A. 👈 Tell us what you’re working on or where you’re stuck so we can help you move forward together. This is your chance to stop lurking and start building proof of your growth. Let’s build this together. — Mischa

that picture is so good
incredible newsletter from Mischa
Today’s newsletter is incredible. Mischa has a very similar story to me, regarding his younger years. Plus, he talked about the Pomodoro technique but in a way that actually makes me want to do it. I’ve heard the term decades ago for the first time, and I am using it every now and then, to focus on something and remember to take some rest. But this system really got me excited. I realized that this is not just about being able to focus harder when it’s needed the most. It’s a lifestyle to make every single day count. It’s like the iPhone’s stepcounter for work, a good habit gamified. 🤯
A lesson about content
I’ve learned something today about content creation from a top AI influencer. He created a fundamental course on how one particular concept of AI apps works (RAG aka. retrieval augmented generation). I wanted to do a similar course more than a year ago, last summer. But, at that time, I was thinking: “this topic is too fundamental, it’s kind-of dumb to build a course like this”. More than a year later, this guy makes a video about it. He likely makes as much money PER WEEK as I’ve made in my entire life. But he took the time and explained this to beginners. The thing that was a little cringe for me, because I’ve felt that I’m too smart or too important for it more than a year ago, is made by him today. I recognize this pattern over and over again. Even billionaire investors create content and go out make a fool of themselves, because creating content is that important. It’s part of the modern way of doing business. Actually it’s part of survival at this point.

In fact, I will post right now on the same topic myself :D I already talked about this in the Skoolers group, but your interest tells me that it might be interesting here. I found someone who is fairly influential, doing AI generated content. And it's a pretty bad kind because he is doing "business case studies" which obviously should not be faked. Edit: I created the post, can I get a comment from the great Mischa? :) https://www.skool.com/mischa/beware-of-fake-experts?p=652ddac3

@Mischa van den Burg I see! Yes, associations like this are strong. This time the post was about a lesson on content creation. The topic of AI is just a circumstance. :)
How much coding knowledge you need?
According to my understanding, platform engineers build internal tools for development team. For that, how much coding knowledge of python you need? Will a leetcode problem solver get advantage for this?

@Md. Shihabuddin Sadi I find AI extremely useful for work, but only because I understand what it's doing. I can use AI to do the same thing I would do by myself, but much faster, and with much smaller cognitive load. (It doesn't matter how good you are at programming, you cannot go at infinite speed. You will lose energy while doing it, because of cognitive load.)

@Md. Shihabuddin Sadi On the other hand, you can rely on AI to know things for you. But not during work... you can use it like that during learning.
beware of fake experts
(and don't publish AI slop when creating content) A few days ago, I found a guy in a group who is completely faking his “expert status”. It is a business related group and he posts “case studies”, how much money he made, how well he implemented the solution for the client … etc. Very convincing and detail oriented, but the mere quantities raised my suspicion. If all of his stories were true, he would be a billionaire by now. Been watching him for a while, but now I have found the damning evidence that he is faking his case studies, they are probably all AI generated. The evidence: the case study claims that the workflow he's selling has been evolving over years, starting from 2018, when it was first created with 6 n8n nodes. Too bad that n8n only exists since 2024...

@Md. Shihabuddin Sadi I literally acted like an investigator. Watching this guy and waiting to catch him. I knew the AI will mess it up at some point. :D
