Propstream's interface is trash! I said it, it's so busy! I like the creator and the customer service has been cool. Anyway, This is TX, a NON DISCLOSURE state. Running comps here is a tad more troublesome than a disclosure state where I can use Zillow or what have you. I was wondering what you guys and gals are using to run comps. Additionally, if you have MLS access, how does that stack up against any software you have used?

What do you do about cash buyers when they ask about the ADDRESS! do I sign an agreement with every cash buyer? So they don’t go behind my back and steal my deal not saying I got my deal stolen I’m just saying. What do y’all think?
