Most beginners think the problem is not enough leads… but that’s rarely the issue. From what I’m seeing, it usually comes down to 3 things: - You’re targeting the wrong sellers (not motivated enough) - You’re inconsistent with follow-ups (this is where most deals actually happen) - You don’t have a clear system to track and nurture your leads -Wholesaling isn’t about chasing more people, it’s about working the right ones properly. Even as I’m building in the UK market, I’m realizing that structure beats hustle every time.
