@Sarah Hartwell I’m up north in Monroe! I travel a lot throughout the state especially over the mountains to Central Wa. How’s the rental down in the Gorge?!

That sounds wonderful! I have not looked too much into investment properties that far south. Leavenworth, Chelan, Cle Elum are nice choices because they are tourist towns you can use all year. We have a little STR about 30mins from us, that I got off market and below market value whohoo. Lots of options in Washington but you really need to know the numbers for sure.
