DAY 4: The Power of Curiosity
If nothing has gone wrong, how do you see the process of not drinking differently? Permission: Expansion
DAY 4: The Power of Curiosity

Loved this session! When I ask myself what if nothing has gone wrong, I can fully release the guilt, shame, self-doubt. I step into curiosity and see all my “problems” are lessons helping me move closer towards my goals. I’m learning so I can expand and make different choices. And because nothing has gone wrong, I’m not beating myself up about making the “wrong” choices and trying to make “better” choices. I’m simply making different choices to achieve different results. Curiosity is so powerful!
Where attention goes energy flows!
Rather than focusing on not drinking, we focus on our attention on our intention! What would you like to take away from this holiday season? How can you bring more of that into your time, spent alone and with friends and family?

I love this question! My intention for this holiday season is to feel joyous, nourished and peaceful. And honestly, I'm feeling that way most of the time already so YAY!
What was your Thanksgiving Day Win?!?
Where did you place your attention with your intention and it worked out? What was your edge?

My Thanksgiving win was buying a pre-made meal so we didn't have to stress cooking. My edge was definitely binging on sugar as a "treat for the holiday" that lasted for days after the holiday. I know better than to buy so much, but it was a good reminder. And with that edge was a win! I have been really nice to myself about this binge. It doesn't mean I'm a failure or a bad person or anything else I might have told myself before. I just had more sugar than I needed to and I'm feeling the effects of it. And now I get to make the decision to not do that again :)
CELEBRATION TIME!

My weekend win is getting through a difficult argument with my husband. We were both able to let go of our "truths" and see a new perspective from the other persons side. Turns out we were both right and we were both wrong. Neither of us had the full picture. I pushed through the fear of even having the conversation and even though it wasn't fun, it ended up bringing us closer together and I'm so grateful for that.
