My identity is a child of god
where do you feel your faith is and how could we help?

It sounds like a reflective, heart-check kind of question—so I’ll answer it in that spirit. Where do I feel your faith is? I feel your faith is being refined, not removed. It’s not absent it’s being stretched. Your faith is no longer resting in what’s familiar, predictable, or comfortable; it’s learning how to stand when answers are delayed and seasons are unclear. Your faith is in a place where it’s saying, “God, I don’t fully understand this, but I still trust You.” And that kind of faith is deep. That kind of faith is costly. That kind of faith matters to heaven. Your faith is no longer just believing God can it’s learning to believe God will, even if the “how” looks different than you imagined. It’s moving from emotional faith to anchored faith. From faith based on outcomes to faith rooted in God’s character. I feel your faith is right where Scripture talks about it most: - In the pressing - In the waiting - In the laying down - In the surrender “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13) Faith doesn’t always look loud or strong. Sometimes it looks like staying. Sometimes it looks like obedience when your heart is tired. Sometimes it looks like praying again when you’ve already cried all the tears. And that kind of faith? God honors it deeply.

I need to give myself grace more
You can’t outwork bad fuel.
You can’t outwork bad fuel. Low energy isn’t laziness. It’s under-fueling. Train with intention today, not punishment. Protein first. Real food. Fuel your life. Where do you feel under-fueled right now? Body or mind.

You’re Not Undisciplined... You’re Unstructured
I’ve always thought I was disciplined. But there were long stretches where my actions didn’t match that belief. In 2022, I was around 255 lbs, inconsistent in the gym, and not confident in how I looked or felt. I wasn’t broken. I just didn’t have a system. Once I started changing how I structured my days, the weight began to come off and my confidence slowly came back. Not overnight. Brick by brick. That’s when this clicked. Without a system, motivation fades fast. Here are the three things that actually helped: 1. Make the right choice easy. Lay your clothes out. Pack your bag. Remove friction before the day starts. 2. Stop negotiating with yourself it’s already decided, don’t reopen the conversation. Your goals matter more than how you feel that morning. 3. Make starting stupid simple & clear non-negotiables. Simple daily plans. Consistency over intensity. I’m not sharing this because I have it all figured out. I’m sharing it because I’ve lost momentum before and learned that confidence is built through follow through, not motivation. That’s why we built XV Life. If this resonates, you’re in the right place. What do you think is actually holding you back right now? Comment your answers below and remember this is a safe place to be vulnerable!
