PMP Training Tests
Hi All! Can someone please point me to a website where I can take and retake PMP cert tests? I am only halfway through the material but would like to start practicing the test questions (and their trickiness). Its not about passing or not, but more to get more exposure to the questions and style of presenting them. I know Andrew mentioned something at the top of the course, but I did not see just that option on TIA.
Risks & Issues
As a project manager, if I have identified all potential risks and documented them in the risk register, and one of those risks actually occurs, should it then be treated as an issue and recorded in the issue log, as explained in Andrew's training? Or, since it was already identified as a risk, is it sufficient to update its status rather than logging it as a new issue? (Section 3, Lesson 35)

It needs to be logged in your issue log and updated from there as the issue is resolved.
Need help in understanding tangible vs intangible value
Based on the training, a value can be either tangible or intangible. Looking at the chart, I'm still confused about some intangible values, such as brand value or reputation, because they seem to be observable. Does this mean that an intangible value is something that cannot be seen directly but can be inferred through its effects? For example, can brand reputation only be recognized through indicators such as increased market share or higher organizational profits?

The way I understand tangible vs intangible is that tangible is objective and can be measured distinctively whereas, intangible is more subject and cannot be directly measured. Like your example of brand recognition, you can attribute the increase in sales to increased brand recognition, but you cannot really measure it for absolute effect. How many people saw the brand across their feeds but ignored them and how many responded to the increased exposure and purchased your product/service. Just my take...
Qualifying for the PMP Certificate
I just started your Udemy course today and am not sure if my experience in the last 10 years will qualify as PM experience, but spent the 16 years prior to that as a Project lead for clinical implementations. In the past 10 years, I have purchased a franchise and started it from start up, have recently started a Real Estate business, and now just counting pills as a pharmacist (might be able to pull something else out of my hat). I miss project management...do you think I can sell myself with my most recent experience as PM? Life is a constant PM experience, especially if you have the propensity for organizing & planning! haha - Please Advise

Thank you for your reply and depth of analysis! I will work to make the start-up my PM experience. I did not figure RE or RX would provide that. Have a great day!
