Love it! Great message, and I think he's from N.E. of England - my old stomping ground, and a resilient lot.

These are all great; my favourite would be no. 3, then 1. Very creative!
Dang
Well sh-t. can't win! I just spent a week in the hospital (again!). No one could reach me so my dad sent my brother over and I was a mess on the floor, between my bed and my dress, broken glass, cuts and bruises and lumps everywhere. Poor guy, this was the second time he's found me like this. Paramedics came and of course, the first thing they run is a tox screen, no alcohol, weed, pills, nothing in my system. They could tell how long I had been there because the cuts were scabbing over and there is a protein in your blood called ck, it comes when a person is badly bruised and hurt. Anyway the normal range is 200 - 300 and I was over 40,000. So a miserable week later, I'm home. DAMN, now my back surgeries are put off. Once again, a big thank you to my VA, he's keeping the ship going. More testing, we don't know what is causing this. HOWEVER, it's up up and away again............AAAAAAAND getting geared up for the holidays!!! Hope all of you are good! I still root for each and every one of you in this particular group, you've been with me (like it or not) through some of my "stuff". ONE of these days, I may even have something of interest and useful to post, I just keep getting knock down a bit! Down but never out.

Thank goodness for an attentive famiy! Sounds so awful. Sending healing vibes for a good outcome. Like the song Tubthumping (I Get Knocked Down) says - I get knocked down, but I get up again. Nobody's gonna keep me down. Take care.
🧙 Barry Profiter and the Enchanted Maze of Niches
Someone’s asked in a group I post this series in if there’ll be dragons in it, so please keep following it as that’s lead me on to some new ideas which I hope you’ll find to be good fun Barry Profiter straightened his slightly crooked wizard hat as the heavy oak doors creaked open. The words “Nicheology 101” shimmered above the entrance, though they seemed to ripple like water, as if daring him to step through. Inside, there was no classroom at all. Instead, Barry found himself standing at the edge of a glowing labyrinth. The walls were high and made of shifting, enchanted stone that hummed with faint whispers. Every few seconds, golden signposts emerged from the walls, pointing down different twisting paths: - Crypto Caverns - Pet Palace - DIY Dungeon - Mindset Mountains - Keto Kingdom Each sign flickered invitingly, as though trying to hypnotise him. Barry swallowed hard. It’s just a maze, he told himself. But deep down, he knew Hogwash’s teachers never made anything simple. From somewhere in the distance, he heard Professor Nicholena’s disembodied voice:“Choose wisely, Profiter. The wrong choice will lead you deeper into confusion.” The Temptations of the Maze Barry took his first steps into the Crypto Caverns, following the glowing trail. The walls lit up with glittering coins that floated in the air like fireflies. His heart raced. So much gold! This must be the jackpot! But as he reached out to grab one, the coins burst into smoke. The floor crumbled beneath him, and Barry barely leapt back in time. From below came the echoing laughter of unseen creatures. He turned and ran into another corridor—this one marked DIY Dungeon. At first, it seemed promising. Sturdy tools hung on the walls, and blueprints glowed with possible fortunes. But the tools started to shake violently. Suddenly, a swarm of gremlins leapt from the shadows, hurling broken hammers and bent nails.“Quick riches here, boy! Start a blog about everything! Everything!” they shrieked. Barry swung his wand desperately. “Unsubscribe-us!” he yelled, but the gremlins only cackled louder.
