And it’s made with 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed 6 ounces of milk A scoop of your favorite protein powder One cup of blueberries or whatever berry you want You can also add toppings like extra berries, nuts, and chocolate chips.
